Hi, I'm Kristen and I'm a plant-based  personal trainer and nutrition coach.   I offer flexible online fitness and nutrition programs for busy women looking to lose weight, get in shape, and incorporate more whole, plant-based foods into their diet.

Online coaching is more cost effective and convenient than working with a trainer in a private studio or gym.  I keep it simple and offer two online coaching packages:  Just Nutrition or Nutrition Plus, which includes a workout program tailored to fit your goals and current fitness level.  Some of the areas that I assist clients with include:  

  • Transitioning from a standard American diet to a whole foods, plant-based diet.  

  • Creating a habit-based plan for losing weight and eating healthy for life.

  • Goal setting and accountability.

  • Developing a healthy relationship with food.

  • Eliminating food cravings.

  • Mindfulness and stress management.

  • Improving sleep habits and recovery.

  • Developing strategies to help you stay on track with your fitness and nutrition even at your busiest. 

  • Identifying behavior patterns that are holding you back and helping you to replace them with new behaviors to help you succeed.
